Drawn from cask no. 405, this 2000 vintage invites you to discover its fully preserved richness. On the palate, it captivates with a hue featuring mahogany-brown highlights. The initial nose reveals aromas of plum and candied orange, accompanied by a touch of gingerbread, evolving into delicately toasted notes after prolonged aeration. The attack is marked by intense notes of roasted coffee. A lovely roundness follows, revealing perfectly integrated tannins. A subtle *rancio* character emerges, giving way to a spicy finish lifted by notes of chocolate.
