Drawn from cask no. 594, this 2008 vintage reveals the full authenticity of its preserved, natural character. It delights the eye with a brilliant hue featuring amber highlights. From the very first aromas, a lovely complexity unfolds, blending pastry notes with orchard fruit scents. Aeration intensifies this profile, enriching it with delicate notes of candied fruit. On the palate, it immediately stands out for its intense, fresh length. A coating texture provides a pleasant sensation of sweetness, bringing together floral notes of jasmine subtly lifted by a hint of cinnamon.
