Drawn from cask no. 578, this youthful 2015 vintage reveals the natural character preserved during its maturation. It is immediately visually appealing, boasting brilliant highlights. The initial nose is fresh and fruity, evolving after aeration into notes of toasted wood and roasted vanilla that harmoniously enrich its aromatic bouquet. On the palate, the sensation of freshness lingers, revealing notes of melted vanilla bean underscored by a lovely roundness. The finish offers a touch of fresh plum, subtly lifted by a hint of pepper.
