Description

MADE FROM NATURAL WINES, CERTIFIED "ORGANIC AGRICULTURE"

Terroir: sandy-silty soils of Bas-Armagnac.
Grapes: Baco 22A and Folle Blanche.
Distillation: Armagnac still with column at 58% vol.
Vinification: alcoholic fermentation carried out with indigenous yeasts. Natural, sulphur-free, AB certified wines.
Breeding conditions: 100% in humid cellars on clay
Oak barrels: 100% Gascon oak, medium and strong toasts
Blend: vintages with between 5 and 10 years of aging

TASTING
Aromas: the nose offers delicate fruity (peach, plum) and floral notes. On the palate, the attack is frank but the power remains under control. Aromas of yellow fruits and vanilla, the finish brings subtle woody and spicy notes. A delicious, balanced blend.
Pairings: ideal with chocolate mousse or tarte tatin.
