UN-OAKED – 43.2° – unaged -offers notes of pear, apple and white flowers with a very ample mouth, a creamy texture, and a sweet almond finish.
DRY-CELLAR – 43.4° – 2 years of age in dry cellar – aromas of plum, vanilla and peach, intense and straight palate, spicy finish.
DOUBLE-OAKED – 43.3° – 2 passages in new barrels – reveals aromas of toast, cocoa, roasting that highlight the influence of Gascon oak.
