Description

A blend of Armagnacs from 5 different vintages and 3 grape varieties, the youngest of which is 21 years old, still ageing in oak barrels in our cellars. A beautiful Armagnac at maturity, with warm and intense aromas of candied fruit, leather and sweet spices.

Grapes varieties : Baco, Colombard and Ugni-blanc.
Deep amber color with pretty orange reflections, brilliant and limpid.
Intense nose of candied fruits (candied orange, prune), mixed with warm notes of leather, spices and peppers. The attack on the palate is soft and very full, smooth, with aromas of very ripe fruit and sweet spices. The finish is incredible in length.

Located on the best terroirs of the appellation, Château de Lacquy is the oldest family property producing Armagnac.Since its acquisition in 1711, the Château de Lacquy, in the heart of the “golden triangle” also called the “Grand Bas Armagnac”, has been dedicated to Armagnac. Owned by the same family since 1711, it is the oldest family estate producing Armagnac.
