ELABORATION OF THE V.S.O.P.
• Grapes produced exclusively from the property.
• Simple and separate “house” distillation, grape variety by grape variety.
• On-property shaping of Gascony oak barrels for the finest aging.
• Aging between 6 to 12 years, grape variety by grape variety and vintage by vintage.
• Ugni-Blanc and Folle Blanche are in the majority. • Full traceability during aging.

ALLIANCES
The V.S.O.P. is a “pleasure” blend to be enjoyed as a digestif or as an aperitif. With a curdled cream cheese sweetened with honey, guarigette strawberries with cane sugar followed by a light coffee.

TASTING NOTES
Golden yellow in color, the V.S.O.P. is rich in aromas of ripe fruit, plum, pastry, vanilla, citrus. On the palate it is suave, delicate, with a good length.
