• Complete traceability of the eaux-de-vie.
• The blend differs from a year to another.
• A unique range selection of rare vintages that are aged 15 to 50 years old.
TASTING NOTE
• Blend: Baco, Ugni Blanc and Colombard.
• Appearance: Bright amber color.
• Nose: Very delicate fruity nose of dry prunes with vanilla notes and smooth smoky tones.
• Palate: Well balanced on the mouth with a great selection of primary flavors: white fruits, spices, with extremely soft tannins.
