Since 1711, Château de Lacquy, is dedicated to the Armagnac. This is the oldest family property to produce Armagnac.
This 400 hectare vineyard is a real ecological area made of forests, lakes, and wetlands. In the heart of this protected area, 20 hectares of vines flourish on a light soil composed of ocher-colored sand and imprinted with iron and sediments of maritime origin.
The Domaine Lacquy vineyards have always been hand-crafted in a demanding and patient manner. This artisanal know-how allows the house to be among the best Armagnac of France. It is sometimes called "brandy" outside France but this precious nectar has no equivalent anywhere else
