The Domaine will be closed from December 19 until January 1.
The domain has its own distillery equipped with two continuous flow Armagnac stills, typical of the region. Distillation is made at the beginning of December, 30 to 40 days after the end of harvests. It takes one to two weeks to obtain the white Armagnac put in 400 oak barrels, stock of the Château. 40 different vintages are slowly refining in our wine warehouse, day after day, some for 50 years waiting to be tasted for the greater pleasure of a few.
